Return window: 14 days from the delivery date.

 

If you added our "Field Test Guarantee" at checkout:

You're covered. Start a return or exchange, we’ll send you a return label. You can choose store credit or full refund, free of charge, no questions asked.

Field Test Guarantee also covers your order if it's lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit. Just reach out and we'll make it right.

If you did not add our "Field Test Guarantee":

You can still return or exchange your order within the 14-day window. Choose the option that works for you:

Store credit — full order value, minus a flat $7 return label fee.

Refund to original payment — order value minus the $7 label fee and a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect (see below).

Always covered, guarantee or not

If we sent you the wrong item, or your tights arrive with a manufacturing defect, that one's on us. Start a return and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, regardless of whether Field Test Guarantee was added.

How to start a return or exchange

Email jake@hikebeastoutdoors.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll get you a return label (if applicable) and next steps within 1 business day.
